Niaka Reed

Niaka Reed is a paralegal who supports the firm's workers' compensation practice and assists clients with expungement matters. She brings five years of administrative experience and one year of paralegal experience to her role.



Niaka attended Alabama A&M University and is continuing her education at Anne Arundel Community College. Her goal is to help clients understand the claims process, feel supported every step of the way, and know that she genuinely cares about the outcome of their case.

As a military spouse of nearly 18 years, Niaka has developed a unique perspective on resilience, adaptability, and serving others. She brings that same compassion and understanding to every client she works with.

Outside of the office, Niaka is an avid reader, aspiring barrel racer, certified PADI scuba diver, wife, and mother of two. She also enjoys crocheting, family movie nights, and horseback riding lessons with her youngest child.
