Cindy Stafford is a workers' compensation paralegal with nearly two decades of experience spanning claimant- and defense-side workers' compensation, insurance claims, and operations leadership. She manages claims from intake through settlement, preparing legal documents, coordinating with medical providers and insurance adjusters, tracking deadlines, and guiding clients through every step of the process.

Before joining the Law Office of Mitchell A. Greenberg, Cindy worked at both Franklin & Prokopik, P.C. and Cohen & Dwin, P.A., giving her valuable insight into workers' compensation claims from multiple perspectives. She also served as a PIP adjuster and auto damage claim representative with Travelers Insurance before taking on leadership roles at Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, where she oversaw complex operations and completed Exelon's Leadership Development Program.
